Polish Meals Program

Polish Meals Program offers home based support through the delivery of traditional Polish meals for persons who are finding it increasingly difficult to cook at home.

Meals are nutritional, substantial as well as appetizing.

Meals are served at lunch time & consist of a hot soup, main course and dessert, delivered Monday to Friday by volunteers who are familiar with Polish language and culture.

Meals are prepared by a Polish cook.

Cost per meal: $ 4.50 

This service is aimed at

• Frail aged persons.

• People with disabilities and their carers.

• People living in isolation.

The Polish Meals Program is available on either long or short term basis (eg. following hospital discharge).
